Background

Anaïs joined Cabinet d’orthophonie – Jessica Bélisle Macquart after beginning her career in the public healthcare system, working with adults presenting acquired communication disorders and swallowing difficulties. At the same time, she provided services in private practice with children experiencing oral and written language challenges. Since January 2024, she has been fully dedicated to private practice.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in cognitive neuroscience, Anaïs completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Ottawa in 2022. Curious and open-minded, she is always eager to deepen her knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to enrich her clinical practice.

She primarily works with children and places great importance on each child’s development, using an individualized approach that respects the child’s pace and strengths. She particularly enjoys working on articulation and supports families with practical strategies to encourage progress at home. Her goal is to help children build confidence and improve their interactions with others.

Spontaneous, attentive to others’ well-being, and driven by a strong team spirit, Anaïs appreciates the clinic’s warm and collaborative atmosphere. She feels privileged to contribute daily to the well-being and growth of the children she supports — all while skillfully balancing her schedule and her athletic training.
