FAQ

Can I obtain an insurance receipt?

Yes. A receipt will be issued for each registered week, corresponding to the equivalent of one hour of speech-language services per day of attendance. This receipt may be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement, depending on your coverage.

My child has specific needs — is this program appropriate?

Yes. Our professionals specialize in communication and learning. However, children must be able to participate in a group setting with a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children. Please contact us to discuss your child’s specific needs.

What language is used during the workshops?

Workshops are offered exclusively in French. Children must understand French and be able to participate in activities in French in order to fully benefit from the experience.

Are meals provided?

No meals are provided. Parents must pack a cold lunch and two snacks.

What happens if my child is sick?

If a child shows symptoms of illness, they will not be able to attend that day’s workshop. No refund will be issued for absences, and no speech-language receipt can be issued when the child is not present.
