Background

Lynn Itani is a trilingual professional (French, Arabic, English) who is passionate about language development and helping relationships. She holds a degree in speech-language pathology from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and completed a Master’s degree in Health Sciences — Speech-Language Pathology concentration — at the University of Ottawa.

She currently works as a speech-language pathologist at Cabinet JBM, where she applies her expertise through an approach centered on the unique needs of each child and family.

Lynn has a particular interest in early communication development, oral and written language disorders, and the foundational skills that support language development. What motivates her most is seeing small steps add up over time, building trusting relationships with children, and providing reassuring, compassionate guidance to families.

Calm, patient, and enthusiastic, she is appreciated for her gentle approach, strong listening skills, and dedication to each child’s well-being. For her, every appointment is a shared learning opportunity and another step toward supporting the well-being of the children she works with.
