Background

Frédérique-Emmanuelle joined the clinic in 2020, initially as an administrative assistant before evolving into a clinico-administrative coordination role, and later into her current position as Maestro of Client Relations and Operations. Prior to joining the clinic, she worked for several years in the public sector before choosing to take an extended leave to focus on her family.

As a mother of four children with special needs, Frédérique-Emmanuelle is deeply attuned to the realities faced by the families supported by the clinic. Her personal experience has shaped her strong commitment to clarity, attentive listening, and a welcoming approach in all client communications.

Today, she holds a central role within the clinic, ensuring consistency and fluidity across clinical, administrative, and operational processes while maintaining a high-quality client experience. She leads continuous service improvement initiatives, oversees daily operations, and supports clients throughout their journey.

Driven by attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and deep loyalty to the team, Frédérique-Emmanuelle helps maintain a structured, accessible, and human-centred work environment — both for the team and for the families we serve.
