Background

Danika joined the team as a communication and language assistant in June 2023. She holds a diploma in special education and is currently pursuing studies in special education teaching — a field where she hopes to make a meaningful difference. Passionate about child development, she has a particular interest in working with children on the autism spectrum, with whom she enjoys building unique and meaningful relationships.

Creative, funny, and organized, Danika approaches her interventions as moments of enjoyment and connection. For her, every game is an opportunity for learning, and every small step forward is a big victory. She carefully observes the progress of her young clients to better support their development, one word, one gesture, or one interaction at a time.

She stands out for her ability to bring joy into her work and to build strong relationships with both children and their families. According to her, the warm atmosphere and collaborative spirit within the team provide an ideal environment to continue growing, learning, and thriving in her practice.

Danika’s work is guided by Jessica Bélisle Macquart, speech-language pathologist, allowing her to provide high-quality support aligned with the specific needs of each child.
