Background

Salma first joined the clinic’s team as a Special Projects Coordinator. Her role quickly evolved to meet the growing needs related to welcoming and onboarding families. She is now responsible for new service requests in speech-language pathology and language stimulation and plays a key role at the very beginning of each client’s journey with us.

She is often the first voice families hear when availability arises, and she has the pleasure of sharing the good news. She takes the time to answer questions and support each person with clarity, kindness, and attentiveness, ensuring that everything is in place for services to begin under the best possible conditions.

After exploring several paths — from engineering to administration, and later teaching French as a second language — Salma found in this role a meaningful balance between communication, structure, and human connection.

Curious, dynamic, and positive, Salma values knowing that her work makes a difference for families. She enjoys working in an environment where teamwork, openness, and mutual support are at the heart of daily interactions.
