Background
Noémie joined the Cabinet JBM team in February 2025 as a communication and language assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, Linguistics profile, from the Université de Montréal and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Ottawa.
Driven by a deep desire to help children thrive in their communication, she enthusiastically invests herself in planning and leading playful, engaging appointments aligned with the objectives established by the speech-language pathologist. She particularly enjoys observing the rapid progress of her young clients and witnessing the pride they feel in their achievements — no matter how small.
In her role, she works under the guidance of Jessica Bélisle Macquart, speech-language pathologist, which allows her to deepen her clinical knowledge while further developing her skills in speech-language intervention.
Curious, calm, and attentive, Noémie places great importance on collaboration with families and the professionals involved in the child’s care. Her goal is to ensure that each intervention is both functional and enjoyable, while meaningfully supporting the full potential of every child she accompanies.
