Vanessa has been working in the field of education for over 10 years. Her priority has always been to help children reach their full potential through empathy, kindness, and attentive listening. Her professional journey has led her to explore different aspects of child development, including social skills, mental health, and well-being — experiences that now enrich her work in language stimulation.

For nearly three years, she has been working as a communication and language assistant at Cabinet JBM, where she primarily supports children aged 4 to 7 presenting with receptive and expressive language challenges. She carries out her role under the guidance of Jessica Bélisle Macquart, speech-language pathologist.

She is deeply invested in preparing personalized activities, leading appointments, and carefully monitoring progress. What motivates her most? Planting small seeds throughout each appointment and watching children grow at their own pace, build self-confidence, and discover new strategies to communicate more effectively.
